Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing VOW. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During product launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take additional time. If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected, destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of VOW’s control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location, shipping method, and order size.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. VOW is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to VOW because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. VOW is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact VOW within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and photos of the damaged package and/or items.

International Shipping
If VOW offers international shipping, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by their destination country.
